How can I submit Civic learning examples?

The following civic learning examples can be submitted to the website:

  • Lessons and Practices, including instruction developed at the classroom, school, state, or national level.
  • Professional development and related resources, including conferences, trainings, seminars, and materials for teachers and administrators.
  • Participant stories, describing students', teachers', and other participants' learning experiences when taking part in a lesson or practice.
  • Whole school or district models, describing how entire schools and districts are creating infrastructures designed to meet their civic mission.

Civic learning examples can be submitted by clicking the 'Submit to the database' link on the home page of the website, under 'Civic Database' section.

In the resulting page, by selecting one of the options and clicking 'submit' you can submit your civic learning example. The 'Quick links' on the left side also has a link to submit a civic learning example.

For more details, please download the help manual 'How to make a submission to Civic Learning Database?'
